A little bit about me…
I have a strong background in the building and real estate industries. I hold a Masters in Property and also have an extensive knowledge of Council planning from my employment with local Council. I also have a strong personal interest in real estate as I am building my own property portfolio so to me an understanding of how it all works is not only important in my professional life but also my personal life.
I’m a mad sports fan, and as a local I support the Knights in rugby league and the Jets in the A-League.
I’m a local and live with my wife and children in God’s country, you may know of it as Wangi Wangi and have a strong interest in supporting our local community.
I strive to give my clients 110% and pride myself on providing expert advice with a personal touch. To me my clients are everything, not just another job and making sure they walk away satisfied is my top priority.

Jenna Lorriman - Director
A little bit about me…
I have a strong background in the legal industry, having been a paralegal for large family law firms in Melbourne and Canberra for many years and am a licensed conveyancer by trade.
Originally hailing from Mackay in sunny Queensland (State of Origin is always a contentious time in our household), I live in beautiful Wangi Wangi with my husband Joseph, our three children and our beloved Cav, Boston.
Unlike Joseph, I am not a mad sports fan (except for Origin and cheering from the sideline at our kids sporting matches) and love a good binge on Netflix and think of myself as a bit of a wine and foodie – really I just like to drink and eat the goods which undoes all of my good from my morning session at F45 but I believe life is all about balance and to treat yo’self.
To me exceptional customer service and experience is the heart of every good business and is what I strive for here at Evergreen. Knowing that we have helped clients save thousands on build costs by simply taking the time to explore all options during the assessment and offering expert advice whilst delivering their assessment in an efficient and professional manner is what sets us apart from the rest.

Marcello Belcastro - Assessor
Marcello is an aging builder who has been working in all aspects of construction since leaving school some two and a half decades ago. More recently he has been managing domestic home construction and trying to understand the nuances of energy efficient design.
A family man, living in the Maitland area (climate zone 28) Marcello spends his downtime teaching himself woodturning.
With his extensive experience and knowledge in building,
Marcello is a valuable part of our team at Evergreen as he applies this knowledge and understanding to his assessments and provides valuable feedback to clients about small changes they can make during the design stage that will not only improve the home’s energy performance but also reduce build costs to the client, a level of service you will not find anywhere else.
